Temos o IMT (Transmiss\u00f5es Tribut\u00e1rias Municipais) e o IS (IS: Imposto de selo \/ Timbre Imp\u00f4t).<\/p>\n<p>O valor desses dois impostos \u00e9 exercido sobre o pre\u00e7o de compra da propriedade ou seu valor patrimonial, se for superior ao pre\u00e7o negociado. Eles s\u00e3o de responsabilidade do comprador.
