Pour l\u2019obtention du NIF il suffit seulement de votre pi\u00e8ce d\u2019identit\u00e9 ou passeport et un justificatif<br \/>\nde votre domicile actuel.<br \/>\n\u2800\u2800\u2800\u2800\u2800\u2800<\/li>\n<li>Signature de la promesse de vente (CPCV) qui stipule une date de signature de l&rsquo;Acte Public de vente. Le<br \/>\nversement des arrhes qui sera de l&rsquo;ordre de 10% ent\u00e9rine la promesse.<br \/>\nDans cette \u00e9tape, vous pouvez vous faire aider d&rsquo;un juriste (Solicitador) ou d\u2019un Avocat: Il participera \u00e0 la<br \/>\nr\u00e9daction du compromis de vente et validera tous les documents. (Le juriste ou l&rsquo;avocat n&rsquo;est pas obligatoire mais il est conseill\u00e9).<br \/>\n\u2800\u2800\u2800\u2800\u2800\u2800<\/li>\n<li>Mise en place du financement si l&rsquo;acquisition ne se fait pas comptant.<br \/>\n\u2800\u2800\u2800\u2800\u2800\u2800<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e8glement \u00e0 la Direction des Finances de l&rsquo;imp\u00f4t IMT (imp\u00f4t municipal sur les transmissions on\u00e9reuses) et de IS : Imposto de Selo (timbre imp\u00f4t). Cette d\u00e9marche est obligatoire avant signature de l&rsquo;Acte Publique de vente.<br \/>\n\u2800\u2800\u2800\u2800\u2800\u2800<\/li>\n<li>Rendez-vous chez le notaire (Solicitador, Avocat ou Casa Pronta) pour la signature de l&rsquo;acte Public de vente.
