Nous avons l\u2019IMT (Imp\u00f4t municipal Transmissions) et le IS (IS : Imposto de selo \/Timbre Imp\u00f4t).<\/p>\n<p>Le montant de ces deux taxes, sont exerc\u00e9s sur le prix d&rsquo;achat de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 ou sur sa valeur patrimonial si celleci est plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e que le prix n\u00e9goci\u00e9. Ils sont \u00e0 la charge de l&rsquo;acqu\u00e9reur.
