Tenemos el IMT (Transmisiones de Impuestos Municipales) y el IS (IS: Imposto de selo \/ Timbre Imp\u00f4t).<\/p>\n<p>El monto de estos dos impuestos se ejerce sobre el precio de compra de la propiedad o sobre el valor de su activo si es m\u00e1s alto que el precio negociado. Son responsabilidad del comprador.
