Our property management control offers a full range of services to take care of your home, including:
- Regular checks at your home,
- Verification and payment of bills such as telephone, internet, electricity, water and gas, home insurance, alarm and other relevant bills,
- Annual property tax payment,
- We will keep you informed of any changes to your property or any legal situations that arise,
- In the event of an unforeseeable event such as a power cut, floods, billing or equipment failure, we will be able to resolve these concerns as soon as possible.
- Laundry, cleaning, garden center, swimming pool.
In addition to our supervision service we provide domestic installation and full maintenance with our own experienced team of plumbers, electricians, painters and artisans.
